Per our Returns Policy, we are not offering returns of any items until further notice. In the event returns are offered on eligible items, you can return your item for a full refund, less the original shipping fee, within 30 days of receipt except items listed below. 30 days can be extended during the Extended Holiday Returns period posted on the Store if any. Eligible returned and exchanged items must be in the same condition as you received them and in the original packaging. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Items returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.

Apparels
Many of our apparels including T-shirts, long sleeve tee, sweatshirts, hoodies and racerback tanks are printed-on-demand and are not eligible for return or exchanges unless faulty upon receipt. Apparel or similar items are not eligible for return or exchange if worn or washed. Please see the product overview for details or contact us before placing the order.
Accessories, Backpacks, Bags, Books, Movies, Music, Pet items, Posters, Prints, Wall lights
All sales are final and no returns or exchanges are permitted.
Collectibles including Funko Pop! and Action & Toy Figures
All orders including pre-order sales of Limited Edition Collectibles are final and no returns or exchanges are permitted.
Non-returnable / non-refundable items
Jewelry, undergarments, confectionary, face mask, drinkware, sporting goods (skateboard deck, snowboard, yoga mat) and items that are printed-on-demand or to order, or made-on-demand or to order, are not eligible for return unless faulty upon receipt. Custom and personalized products that are but not limited to, products that are embroidered, embellished or personalized at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect on arrival due to our error. If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return, please contact us before placing the order.
Damaged or defective items
Items damaged in transit or defective item can only be exchanged for the same item. We do not offer substitution for another item. Items damaged after washing cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do I have to pay to return eligible items?
Currently we are not offering returns of any items until further notice. In the event returns are offered on eligible items, please contact us to request a packing slip with further instructions about your return. However, shipping fee is non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the shipping feel will be deducted from your refund.
